Dosage: Adults 1-2 capsules daily;
Children 4-6 years: Give one capsule, once daily. Open capsule shell and mix the content on spoon with honey or yoghurt before administering immediately.
Children 7-8 years: Take 1 capsule once daily with water
Children 9 years and older: Take 1 capsule, twice daily, with water. Or as advised by your healthcare professional
